4 days in Miami with kids but you want to be in the scene as well ?

1Hotel South Beach (request ocean views above the 6th floor)
Pro tip: book all of the kids’ camp activities prior to your stay it books up very fast esp if you’re traveling during school breaks. Book a lot of the activities my kids loved kite making/flying, crystal identifying etc there are so many + they’re all so amazing book them you can always cancel later best to have them in the calendar.
Without kids: Soho Beach House
Monday night’s it’s 50% for members + the truffle pizza at Cicconi’s is on the next level!

Carbone – hard not to see a celeb there Cuba Gooding Jr. was holding court at the bar when I was there a few weeks ago
Lucali – Thursday night karaoke
Swan/ Bar Bevi (dinner, drinks, ambiance etc)
Papi Steak – lounge vibes best spot for hip hop artist siting in Miami
Milos– upscale Greek just like the nyc locations
Mila – fire dancers- great sushi amazing ambiance + energy
Mandolin– my fav for brunch or lunch they have a sister restaurant that’s incredible as well in a redone hotel/motel from the 60’s the name escapes me but it’s delicious as well!
Upper Buena Vista – total haute hippy vibes in the best way there are some healthy fun cute spots for upscale healthy eats + vibe
Wave at the 1 Hotel is fun for family or more casual beach dinner vibes.

Go to Faena Curio + shop the Hamptons Moms masks + discover the hottest new brands + shop Morphew the hottest vintage EVER (one of a kind nobody will ever have it)
Design District – hit up the Galleries + installations + shopping!
Long weekend in Delray- for the beach bums looking for total relaxation + casual vibes with lots of dining options from fine dining to deli + all in between!

5 min walk to the beach
Two pools + a tiki bar (closed during Covid but hopefully reopening soon)
The villas are big enough for a family of 4/5 comfortably. Eileen @ the front desk is insanely knowledgeable + hospitable.
Dining:
Lionfish is quite the scene fun zen vibes inventive menu don’t miss out on the Animal style tartare – definitely yum!
Arturo’s in nearby Boca Raton is worth the 15 min Uber best authentic Italian in South Florida (I grew up with the Gismondi’s on Long Island before they moved to Delray/Boca)
Over the bridge cafe gets the local vote for best breakfast in Delray
The best Avocado toast you’re going to find at the restaurant in the Delmar it’s delicious filled with grains + goodness!

Shopping at fun spots like the Snappy turtle etc
Long weekend in Palm Beach? Grab the Birkin Muffy + let’s roll
Stay: The Ben Autograph collection it’s technically across the bridge in West Palm but let’s just say this hotel’s milkshake is bringing allll the wasps to the yard honey. It’s not rare to see the Breakers crowd at Spruzzo on the roof for happy hour or dinner + proper grit gets quite the crowd as well located at the ground level of the Ben hotel.
For old school Palm Beach it’s the Colony for me get caught up in the colorful Palm Beach regalia it’s super quaint the Frose and the Purple Pill just can’t be missed! My kids love the colors and the golf cart that takes us to the beach!
The Breakers is old reliable perfect for the kids because they do service and hospitality like experts they’ll remember what your children eat and how they like their juices/milks. For me I like the breakers only when I’m with the kids Bc everything is right there I don’t have to leave good food, beach, pools, spa.

This Hamptons girl is SO happy her favorite Hamptons hot spots are in Palm Beach it’s like I never left the Upper East Side 😉
