The Milk Pail, 50 Horsemill Lane, Water Mill, is celebrating its 32nd year of U-Pick apples and pumpkins. Throughout September and October, more than 20 varieties of apples may be available on the easy-to-reach dwarf apples trees, while the pumpkin patch is a Halloween hunter’s paradise. If you are driving along and you see a traffic jam then you know you are at Briermere farms in Riverhead they are the best pies you will eat PERIOD. Forget North Fork, South Fork you’ll be hard pressed to find a better tasting pie anywhere these pies truly are THAT good and you can not leave the North Fork without a visit here.
